The VIrgin Islands' First 48hr Film Festival COmpetition
Paradise 48 Film Festival is the first time-themed competition to be held in the Virgin Islands. It’s an adrenaline-filled 48 hours in which your team has to write, shoot, edit, and score an original short film and turn it in by the deadline. This fun weekend is precluded with a nerve-wracking kickoff event where teams discover hidden elements needed to complete their short films.
What could be more exciting than pitting skills, creativity, and passion for filmmaking against fellow filmmakers in the Virgin Islands?

Here’s how it works:
Register Your Team
Gather your best pals and create a team. Register your team online and prepare for the fun!
Film Your Short
At the Kickoff, your team will receive your Required Elements to make your film. You have to create your original short film using these elements.
Submit by Deadline
The clock is ticking! Teams will only have 48 hours to write, shoot, edit, and score their films.
Judging
There are two rounds of judging. A panel of esteemed judges will review all submissions. Only 10 teams will make it to the final round.
Awards
The final 10 films will premiere at the awards ceremony. Award categories include Best Picture, Best Director, and Paradise 48 Fan Fave.
